2008 UCF Football Student Ticket Terms and Conditions Payment As a Student Season Ticket Holder, you can pay for your ticket in one of the following ways: - IN-PERSON: UCF Athletics Ticket Office, M-F, 9:00 AM – 5:00PM - FAX: (407) 823-1988 If the financial institution returns your check for NSF, your account will be assessed a $25.00 fee. PLEASE NOTE: Any Student Season Ticket account with a balance due will be turned off and denied entry into Bright House Networks Stadium on game day. Student Season Tickets Your valid UCF ID is your ticket for admittance into Bright House Networks Stadium. UCFAA reserves the right to refuse admission if your UCF ID is damaged and cannot be swiped. LOST or DAMAGED UCF ID To ensure that your entry into Bright House Networks Stadium is not delayed you are responsible for notifying the Athletics Ticket Office of any changes to your UCF ID card no later than 3pm the day before the game. Changes can be made in person or via email to tickets@athletics.ucf.edu. Please provide your name, class, and ISO. Refund Policy No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are permitted unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be granted once a game is played or due to a game date or time change. General Information • For more Season Ticket Holder information, please visit www.ucfathletics.com • Please note that all personal belongings will be subject to inspection upon entry into the venue. • Unlawful items that are discovered during inspections are subject to being confiscated, and the person in possession of those items is subject to ejection and/or arrest. *The purchase or use of tickets shall be deemed acceptance and full agreement with the terms and conditions. The UCF Athletics Association, Inc. (UCFAA) reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or terminate admission with or without a refund of the listed purchase price. It further reserves the right to eject and prosecute any person whose conduct is unsuitable (e.g., throwing objects, trespassing in unauthorized areas, abusive acts or use of vulgar language). Umbrellas, alcoholic beverages, coolers, noisemakers, weapons, camcorders, video recording devices, or containers of any kind are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized entry on to the playing surface may result in arrest and prosecution. The holder of this ticket voluntarily assumes all risks of property loss and personal injury arising during its use including accessing and exiting the stadium. Signs, flags, banners, or any other items deemed a hindrance to public safety are not permitted in the stadium. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources (lost, stolen, or counterfeit) are void and the holders are subject to removal and prosecution. This ticket may not be offered as a prize promotion, sweepstakes or contest, unless specifically authorized in writing by UCFAA. The UCFAA and its rights holders own all copyrights, intellectual property rights and proprietary rights for images, sound and data ensuing from or during UCFAA home athletic contests. The unauthorized commercial use of photographs, video or audio emanating from UCFAA home athletic contests is forbidden. If you wish to use photographs, video or audio emanating from UCFAA home athletic contests for purposes that go beyond ‘fair use’, you must obtain permission from the UCFAA. Solicitation of any kind within and around the stadium is strictly prohibited. Tickets to the listed events are provided on an “AS IS” basis without warranties or representations of any kind, either express or implied, other than those warranties that are implied by and incapable of exclusion, restriction or modification under Florida law. In no event will UCFAA, any of its affiliates or any other person involved with the ticketed event be liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, claimed by any ticket holder in connection with any of the matters covered hereby. UCFAA specifically reserves the right to alter, amend, change, revise or in any way change the terms of this license without advance notice to the holder, and such changes may not be reflected on the ticket.
